You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its entirety (boxes, contents, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete or product with broken seals will not be eligible for a refund.

Consult the Hardcopy Return Form delivered with your package to exercise your right to return. You will be responsible for the costs incurred when returning the item.
